Even if it did, if Freeza arc Kuririn and Gohan managed to get the better of Guldo's technique, then Vegetto would also. Guldo is not even a worry. The potential problems I could think of right now would be the heavier weighted Boo's attempting to distract Vegetto while another absorbs him. Or if Ginyu uses his body change ability. I however think it has the same limitations as Guldo's time-stop, that is, that someone much, much more powerful than you would have no effect on them.

Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z	Im pretty sure Vegito could keep his barrier up and fight so even if he got absorbed he'd just IT out of him and do a super explosive wave and vaporize everybody at once. He barrier was resistant to magic i wouldn't be surprised if it had the ability to stop abilities like ginyu's body change or Guldo's time frieze.

In his base, though it was filler was fighting evenling or greater terms with Buuhan. SSJ Vegito wasn't even fighting him seriously, and yet look at what happen to Buuhan. The only thing Buuhan did give him a LITTLE trouble in was that universe rip thingy he was doing. And even if Buuhan manage to absorb all the villians, Buuhan wouldn't get a huge power increase, and even so he can: fight at full strength at SSJ(which I doubt he need), SSJ2 which he gain from Goku and Vegeta, will be more than enough power to overtake all the characters with nothing more but a glance, and SSJ3 will be God Stomp). There is no hope for the DBZ villians.

Bloodlusted Vegetto vapourizes Buu to nothing and kills the rest with a few extremely fast punches that happen before they even notice it. Honestly can any of these other than Buu even deal any damage to Vegetto whatsover?

He has IT though and I doubt the explosion would do much to him. If Vegetto is really, really bloodlusted and wants to end this as soon as possible, then he can just do a Nappa - like 2 fingers attack. No Dragon Ball character can survive a serious attack from Vegetto.

Only Hirudegarn, Janemba the Buus would have lived after the initial slaughter. And a moment later they die as well.
